Day Dental Care is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits and we do accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. If you have an estimated patient portion, payment will be expected at the time your service is rendered. We will bill the insurance companies for the remainder. In case of a cancelled policy, termination of benefits, or a lesser payment from the insurance company, you will be responsible for the unpaid balance.
